Your online check in is a steaming pile of crap. Today I sat and waited an hour (only two in the lobby when I arrived). I watched 5 people arrive well after me who checked in online get called in before me. This is not the way to serve customers and very frustrating for people who do not have the ability to check in online. This will be my last trip to sports clips….

I thought that if I scheduled online with a certain stylist I would’ve been a next in line. Guess I can’t have a favorite. I went in with my son and we waited 2 hours because I went online for a certain stylist. Never again!!! 3 customers went in front of us!

The stylist was rude! I asked for a fade and received an uneven line on the back of my head. The hair by my ears is way longer than the rest of my hair. It looks like a bad buzz cut that I did not ask for! Overall terrible experience. Never again.
